The other day I turned on my wiper blades and when I went to shut them off they wouldn't turn off. The intermittant doesn't work now and the motor only has 2 speeds high and regular speed and when I shut the engine off and took the key out of the ignition the wiper motor continued to run. I had to pull the fuse out of the fuse box to shut off the wiper motor. Everything else works fine on the directional lever that controls the wiper motor including the windshield washer. Do you think it is the wiper motor or is it in the switch inside the directional lever that is causing this problem and how am I getting power to the wiper motor with the key out of the ignition?

The fuse circuit is hot all the time. Any applicable trouble codes? The bcm receives a signal from the wiper switch, then the bcm does its thing. I was hoping a code would point us in the right direction? I'll post a couple of diagrams. The dark green wire should be voltage for high speed, the purple wire voltage for other speeds. Black is ground. Also, there are a couple relays.
