Remove wiper arm 2003 GMC Sierra. I can't seem to remove the wiper arm.

Can't seem to remove the wiper arm. There are no visible claps, slots, pins holding it in place, but yet I can't pull it off after removing nut from base. I tried prying it up with a screwdriver, still won't budge. I don't want to break anything. Any ideas?

Try heating it up with a blow torch lightly and fabricate some sort of puller and pry it upwards

Prying up and use a brass hammer and tap on the bolt. It will pop off.
