1989 GMC S15 clutch problems

1989 GMC S15, with hydraulic clutch. I changed clutch, through out bearing (heard it called all kinds of things) so you may call it something else, and pressure plate. Also changed master and slave cylinders and lines. I bled them till I was blue in the face. The clutch arm (fork) moves but not enough. Could the bearing be on the fork the wrong way? I did not take apart just put together. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Thats a possibility but fork would move and there most likely be noise or engagement problem.
I know you bleed but these systems are a bugger to get air out. Push against the fork have someone pump pedal this will compress air and get it out. Hold and bleed. Repeat until good pedal.
