I have A 91 Berretta V6, I believe 3.1 and have no fire on one of the spark plugs.I have changed the coil pack, and the computer, with no luck. Can anyone help me with this problem? It is a rebuilt motor, I have no idea on the mileage. I have also changed spark plugs and wires.

I would have a compression test done. It is possible you have a bad valve in that cylinder or worse. If the compression is good look for a bad camshaft.
The lobes could be rounded off and not allowing the valves to open. Good luck!

So your getting spark on 5 cylinders and no spark on one?

He he. You grounded out the sparkplug when you did the test right?

Did you check the plug wire with an ohms tester? 30k is coming to mind but I'm guessing for that wire. A Haynes/Hilton manual will tell you the proper resistance.

There is also a chance that a coil is bad from the manufacturer.
