Are you 100% sure it is motor oil leaking from that area? Transmission fluid can be leaking there as well. Rule of thumb: Reddish looking fluid is transmission, Blackish is oil. After your daily drive, place a fresh piece of cardboard under the leak area. Whatever is leaking will stain the area fairly soon.
If it is your motor oil leaking, make sure you check and add oil to proper level often. You do not want to create an additional problem because of lack of oil.
It may not necessarily be the rear seal. Also check that your oil pan is not leaking around the edges, especially at the rear of engine. To see 100% you must remove the torque convertor cover.
Good luck, let us know what the outcome is.
