Brake lights won't work
I have a 1997 GMC Jimmy SLT 4X4 with a 4.3L V6 with 118,000 miles. The top brake light works, but the rest dont. my turn signals work, reverse lights work, and tail lights work. i have checked all fuses and grounds. replaced all bulbs and the brake light switch and looked for broke wires.

Take a voltage tester and test the wire where the brake light bulb goes into to see if there is any power running through the lines and let me know what you get and then I can help you futher.

yes i do have power. but i dont know if it is phantom power or not.
