91 jimmy sle, 4.3l, 136k.
while driving the other day, with headlights on, i
noticed the voltmeter on the dash slightly fluctuating
when i turned the blinker on...
any clues?
also, sometimes it's hard to start...especially when warm, i have to turn the key a couple times before it
kicks in...
thanks for any help...

Get the alternator and battery tested. And also the fuel system pressure.

sometimes it's hard to start...especially when warm, i have to turn the key a couple times before it
kicks in...

What's happening is when you turn key on and off you're building up pressure, again check the pressure.
