1996 GMC C1500 no air coming out of top vents

1996 GMC C1500 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 134k miles

when I turn my ac on in my 1996 gmc 1500, and turn the top vents on there is no air coming out of them, however when I turn to floor vent there is plenty of air coming out.

what would I need to do to get air to top vents?

Tehre is an actuator that moves a door to go to different areas. They areeither electric or vacuum. If yo have electric you need a tester to see if it's getting power or not. If it's not you have to go backwards from there. If it's vacuum see if there is vacuum going to it. If the motor is bad it wil need to be replaced. It's tight under the dash.
