im going crazy with these lights. When I turn them on the driver side is bright and the passenger side is dim. I was told is was the ground and that there would be three wires coming off the light. And the one without power is the ground and I could just connect it to the frame. There are only two wires coming off each light and they both have power. How am I supposed to connect the ground to the frame without a ground wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You cannot ground these HLs to the frame, for one they are fused on the ground side and two they have a relay on the ground side.
The Red/Green wire is low beam with Red/Blue as gnd, The Red/yellow is high beam with Red as gnd.
Make sure you have the correct head light in each.
