Hey guys, hope you are fine.

For past some days, there is a problem in a car. When my car reaches a speed of around 55-60 mph, there is vibration and shaking, is this due to trouble in transfer of gear from lower level to higher level? Car runs smoothly at other speeds, it has trouble only when the speed is around 55-60 mph. Please advice!

Thank you,
Amro

It is possible; however, I would start with wheels and tires as I suspect that is what you are dealing with.

By far more vibration like this are due to worn wheels and tires.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

I would suggest with starting with rotating the tires and see if the vibration is better. If the tires are already worn, then you need to replace them and make sure you keep them rotated.

Also, please see the chart below that will help with trying to identify tear wear issues.

Please run through all this info and let us know what questions you have. Thanks
