I just replace the tumbler in my car before I did that disconnected my battery the new tumbler in reconnected my battery and now I cannot even start my car. The fuse box only a certain amount fuses work will check the starter and now cannot unlock the theft deterrent on my radio and cannot start my car. None of my dash lights work except for the hazards more or less the stuff that the fuses are getting used to. I do not know what is wrong I am at a loss for words and the only car to get my daughter to school I could really use the help.

Sounds like you missed or lost a wire when you reconnected the battery.

It is just too much of a coincidence that you disconnected the battery and now have no power in half of the fuse box. Make sure none of the larger fuses or the fusible links at the starter are blown out or melted. There is not much between the battery and the fuse box so your search is very limited.

So no loose wires. I just remembered I have a factory installed RKE system could that be the reason my fuses to star my car won't work? Because my cars brain think it's stolen? If so how do I fix that.

The power supply for those fuses comes directly from the battery, assuming you aren't trying to test fuses that only power with the ignition switch on. You disconnected the battery and now you have battery supply problems.
