Vehicle acts like it is not getting the fuel. Put on a new fuel pump. Replace the fuse for fuel pump. Relay is good. The fuel pressure is 20. Not sure if I have a bad fuel pump. Can the fuel pressure cut off switch be bad and if so were can I find it?

Good morning.

No, there is no cut off switch. That is a system Ford uses.

20 lbs? That is low. Did you use a new pump? If you did, what brand did you use?

The pressure should be 35 lbs running.

Make sure the connections to the pump are good, clean and no damage to the pins.

Did you change the filter as well?
