Front passenger side hub bearing

Sounds like a grinding noise almost like bad brakes, but I know it is not the brakes because I just changed them a few months ago, also the tires seem to go bald quickly.

Yes, this could possibly be a hub bearing. Place a good floor jack underneath the lower control arm (about where the shock is bolted up). Raise until the tire is off the ground enough so you can get your hand underneath it. Grab the tire from the top and bottom and try to push with one and pull with the other to try and tilt the wheel. If you feel the wheel move when doing this then chances are hub bearing(s) are/is bad.
