I put a dye into the AC system and was able to trace the leak just underneath the vehicle. I'm not sure the name of the tube but from what I see an evidence of a yellow dye showed is coming out from the tube. In your proffessional opinion what do you think is the problem and is this something that I can fixed?

If this is an open drain tube, than that will be the evaporator drain, this drains away moisture that condenser on the A/C condenser under the dash, there will ne a leak in this unit and the condenser will have to be removed to be investigated.

Does this mean that I have to removed the dash, airbag and radio in order to access the evaporator? If so, is this something that is very expensive to fix or is this something I can do myself. Thanks!

I would first get first hand conformation that it is the evap that is leaking, and if so I would recommend that a professional to into this as you will not have the equipment for the A/C vac down and re gas and I feel that the work involved in removing the evap is extensive, I will look at a work shop manual and advise further when I know what you are looking at.
