2000 Ford Taraus SES

I have a 2000 Ford Taraus with 95,000 Miles on it.When i start driving it and it shift's gears it seems like it Stutters a bit but after i push the Gas it seems to be fine.It does this somtime when changing Gears.What would be the Proper steps to take.Thanks

Try changing the tranny's fluid and filter-the OBD2 panic lite/SES/CEL is it On or flashes at times.

Well, when is the last time you have it serviced, if not sure when-get it done and comeback and we'll look into other areas that can be causing it.
