1998 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i am having trouble starting my van the starter is not turning over it has been on the charger for an hour
i think its frozen its also 13f outside

is there an easy way to thaw it out

Use a torch or park it in a heated garage. Or take the starter out and bring it inside.

Dont hit it with a hammer or youll break the magnet inside then the starter is unrepairable.
