Ford Thunderbird Repair Question

Fast Idle

I have a 1992 ford thunderbird 3.8 litre with 130,000 miles. the car ran fine one day i started it and the idle went to 2500 rpm's I changed the M.A.S. no help changed the T.P.S. no help any suggestions on what to do next ?

Could be coked-up throttle plate and an ISC device-take it out and clean. Could also be a vacuum leak.
