Speedometer cable
I need to replace a speedometer cable on a 1993 ford tempo could you please send my instructions on how to do this.

It isn't that complicated. Buy a new cable and housing.
Unscrew the cable from the transmission first. Remove all clamps that are on the fire wall and frame. The cable housing must be free so you can remove the instrument cluster.
Slide the cluster out so you can see the speedometer housing on the back
The cluster has a tricky clip on the housing.
R&R the housing.
There are no good instructions short of a shop manual which we don't have.
