I just had gotten my car back after having the coil connector replaced and I went to go start my car after driving it home and the starter made a grinding noise and then all the power to the car stopped. I have no power at all now so I don't know what I need to do.

Maybe they disconnected battery to work on coil? And reconnect is faulty? Or it's just a coincidence? I have experienced loss of power and it was my battery post connector! It has actually happened on 5 different family vehicles over a period of years.
