Taurus front end shimmy

I have the 2003 ford taurus with the 3.0 liter V6 mileage is at 68860 the problem is that the front end starts to shake when I reach sixty MPH, and smooths out at eighty. It then starts to shake when I apply the brakes to slow down. Can you guys help me find out what this problem is?

We can start with wheel alignment and tire balancing check and for the shaking while braking could mean a warped brake rotor. And in addition could be an imbalance driveline from tranny to differential.
