The windshield washer nozzles are pointing too low on my 99 Taurus. How do I adjust them?

I mis-diagnosed the original problem. Problem was squirter aimed too low, due to low water pressure. SOlution turned out to be dry rot on feed hose from talk (or pump) to squirters. I replaced the rotted section and all is well.
