2000 Ford Taurus Shakes And Wobbles

My car is quite scary to drive in, first thing is my car wobbles it isnt very noticeable when you're going above about 40 MPH but when you slow down/brake/or drive at about 0-30 mph it shakes a lot my alignment is off a little but way too much shaking for that I think? What could be the causes of this?

My next thing is when my car hits bumps or like little pot holes you hear a very distinct Thud coming from the car it sounds like its on the inside but i'm not sure

i know there is something wrong with my car I just can't tell like what the problem is or where it is occurring at
