The driver side door will not unlock with they key from the outside. I was able to unlock the passenger door with the key and then use the automatic locks to unlock the door. Once I did this, I can open the door. What would cause this?

If the locks seem to work except for the key in the door then the lock cylinder is most likely the issue.

Based on this info I would suggest starting with removing the door panel and then use the key so that you can watch the operation of the lock cylinder to make sure it is turning.

You will see there is a rod that is connected to the lock cylinder so sometimes these rods fall off so if it is then we will need to re-attached that.

I am attaching the info below on this from the manual so let's run through this and see what we turn up.

Please let me know what questions you have. Thanks
