Cold engine - start OK, idle OK in neutral, but when shift into the Drive engine will die. Shift into Reverse - no problem. Restart possible only with fully depressed gas pedal. Driving with cold engine - idle RPM going up and down when shifted in Drive. After engine is heated up enough, all problems disappear. I have to let engine run for 15 min in the morning and then I can shift and drive with no problems. Thank you for advice.

Check for broken/cracked vacuum lines. Also using carb cleaner, carefully spray the intake boot between the throttle body and the Mass Airflow Meter (air filter box) to see if it has any cracks in it.
