Recently, the car had some difficulty starting. Seemed to be tied to placing car in reverse. Now, it cranks, but will not start at all. Have exchanged the neutral starter switch thinking it was tied to that switch - no luck. Sprayed ether in the intake manifold-does not make a difference. So I dont think it's fuel related.

I don't seem to be getting any spark to the plugs. I disconnected a spark plug wire and tried to get an arc across to the plug - no luck with that. Could it be the ignition coil itself? No fuses are blown under hood or inside cabin. I tried to get a voltage reading w/ a multimeter from the coil after unplugging the main wire to the coil- no luck. Any help on this?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
