Hello, about 2 months ago, my climate control fuse blew, i have replaced it many times only to have it blow immediately when the a/c is turned on. The blower motor does not stop blowing, it just starts blowing warm. The fuse doesn't blow if as long as i don't turn the knob to normal or max a/c, defrost or mix. It's fine on vent, floor. A friend thinks it's the blend door actuator(sp), what do you think?

trace the wires that are running to that fuse for open or short circuits, the reason a fuse keeps blowing is because somewhere in the line there is a short and the fuse is protecting the car and blows so the circuit can not be complete ;)

The other guy is right. You have a short circuit someplace. Now, I will give you a few places to start.

Unplug the blend door motor.
Unplug the A/C compressor.
Replace the fuse.
Now, if the fuse does NOT blow, start plugging things back in until it blows. When you plug in the item that blows the fuse, you have found your shorted component.

IF....the fuse still blows after unplugging the A/C and blend door motor, your problem is either in the control head or the wiring is pinched or chafed someplace in the bad circuit.

If the blend door motor is shorted, replace it.

If the A/C clutch is shorted, it also must be replaced or left unplugged until repairs can be made.

Hope this helps.
