Replace the window motors, common problem on Taurus. Corrosion, moisture takes it's toll.

I have a 1994 Ford Taurus 6cyl. The transmission is not shifting into high speed, but it will still shift into low and reverse. It will go only up to about 30 to 35mph in the high gear. Please help me.
