When I start my truck first thing in the morning it seems like it wants to stall or die out even though it never does. It does this until the truck warms up then its fine and it doesnt do at any other point only when the engine has been cool for sometime. What could be causing this?

Inspect and test the coolant temperature sensor and the idle air control valve/motor.

Check the fuel pressure if okay, also test the EGR valve and mass airflow sensor and throttle position sensor-
