My truck squeaks when I turn the steering wheel while in the park position? Is is my C V boot?

If it makes the noise when you are not moving, it isn't the CV joints. To me it sounds like sway bar bushings or something needs greased on the front end such as ball joints.

Check that and let me know what you find.
