P1443 Manufacture control Aux. Emission controls.
P0171 System too Lean Bank 1
P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 misfire detected
P0402 EGR flow excessive

This are the codes that came up on the scanner.
Plus now it is also in the red on the water guage.

Would a tune up fix these problems and where do I begin?

I have not seen any leakage of Radiator fluid as of yet but the reservoir tank was empty, so I added water to get me home and the meter stead inside the high safe zone as long as I did not stop for a period of time.

First code I would look at is the EGR it can cause lean and missfire. Check to see if vaccum is on it at idle there should not. If so check the EGR solenoid. If all good remove clean out see if the pental is seating.
Where codes erased? If not after EGR check erase and drive see what resets.
