1996 Ford Ranger leaking fluid

I'm trying to find out what fluid is leaking under my 1996 ford ranger. the attached picture is under the center of the truck. I put a black box around the drop of fluid in the attached picture

It is hard to tell by the picture. Is the leak red in color?

I would say it is a light brown with a reddish tint

Based on color, I would first say it's transmission fluid or it could be from the power steering.
