I have a 1995 ford ranger 2.3 liter 2wd it has a substantial exhaust leak would this cause a lack of power?

No it doesnt but a clogged cat, crushed pipe or clogged muffler will

that is easy to spot the the spot that is clogged will get cherry red hot

where excactly is the leak
