1995 Ford Ranger; Battery power.

I have a 1995 Ford ranger. 2 wheel drive, 5 speed, 4 cylinder, 2.3 litre. I have a brand new alternator, and a new battery as well but I keep losing battery power.

Its either a parasitic short, or bad battery cables.
