My truck was ran on 3 cylinders for about 3 miles and ever since it will not run properly. We have chaned the wires and plugs, rotor and cap, oil and filter, air cleaner, the o rings on the fuel injectors and cleaned the injectors, timed and retimed it. We have done everything short of taking off the head, could it be a valve? Or any other sugestions. It was running fine before and now it keeps sputtering like its out of time and has no power.

You need to compression check this engine. This will tell you if it's a mechanical problem, like burnt valves, or rings. Also put the #1 cylinder on TDC of compression stroke, see if the pointer on the crank pulley lines up with 0? If not your timing belt jumped a tooth or two.
