1998 Ford Mustang Car won't start up

Ok my girlfriend hit a curb in her car the impact blew out both right side tires and the car cut off. Now when you try to crank the car it will start to crank up then it will die off. Any suggestions

Check the Inertia Fuel Shut-Off (IFS) Switch....In lower left rear corner of trunk. See Fig. 4
