I was wondering if you have to relive the fuel pressure to change the fuel filter?
Thanks

It would be a good idea to do so to save the precious fuel!

Best way to do so is to unhook the inertia/fuel shut of switch with the vehicle runnign till vehicle shuts off then crank it for about 20 seconds.

You can also remove the fuel pump relay.
