My Mach 1 is cherry. I deployed to Iraq and b4 I left I had gotten a hole pearced in my fuel tank. I was gone 4 15 months without it being started. When I got back I changed the fuel tank and fuel pump. Now I cant get it to start. It has enough juice it just wont start. I have a holley projection system on it and when I check the injectors as its trying to start it is as if its getting too much fuel and being flooded out. What should I do?

First if you can check your fuel pressure to see what it is. I'm sure if you put the system on holley tells you what it should be. Then pull the spark plugs and crank the engine to get most of the fuel out. Then install new plugs or let teh old ones dry out good. Try it then and see what happens.
