Hi,

Hopefully someone can give me some advice. While driving approximately 100 km/h + I hear a high pitch squeal while I am pressing the gas pedal only. If I remove my foot, the squeal stops, but as soon as I touch the pedal again, it continues. It also tends to get louder the faster I go.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like one of the pulleys driven by your serpentine belt is going bad. Either that or your serpentine belt or belt tensioner is no good.
It is also possible that one your pulley is out of alignment (check with a straight edge).
Remove the belt, and try to rock each pulley; if it wobbles it's bad. If you never changed your belt and tensioner, you may want to replace them.
It is also possible that your water pump is going bad and splashes the belt with coolant which makes it squeal.
Again check all the components driven by your serpentine belt and the belt itself.
