2000 Ford F350 throw out bearing issues

I hope you can help, I replaced the factory clutch assy.@ 160000mi, complete with slave cyl kit. All Factory Ford parts were used. That lasted 13 months & 25000mi & the throwout bearing came apart. I then had a Shop replace it & they installed an aftermkt kit in, it has been in less than 3 months & less than 10000mi & bearing noise is getting loud.
any solutions to aliviate this problem. The original bearing didnt fail the clutch disc itself was the culprit, however 2 bearings in a yr. Seems excessive since the original equipment lasted 7yrs. Of hard use. These last two havent had any heavy loads.

Hi there,

I would be checking that the nose of the gear box that is the part that the thrust slides on is not worn and causing the bearing to cock a bit under load, this can cause premature wear.
