? Hello.

I have a 1995 ford t-bird 3.8 lx non sc.196k miles freshly rebuilt engine. It idles anywhere from 2200-2500 rpms in park and I have no trouble codes coming from it. But when I unplug the maf sensor the engine light does come on and it idles irratically. What could the problem be?

You might plug and unplug the throttle position sensor, it will cause the idle to raise up, check the throttle cable for sticking, or possibly the choke sticking. Just a few ideas
