How do you remove a frozen Bolt?

I have a 1996 ford windstar w/125000 miles on it 3.0 lt. I was attemping to repair my brakes( new pads and rotors )I removed the pads ok then I had to remove the caliper mounting bracket to remove the old rotors.I had a very hard time with the top bolt but finally got it. The bottom bolt was a different story after trying just about everything, heat wd some new stuff the parts guy told me about. Nothing worked and I rounded the bolt really bad. NOW WHAT DO I DO?

I don't like things "cherry red" because that's hot enough to change the heat treatment of a part if it was heat treated. The first thing I would do is to wire brush clean any exposed threads that you can see. Then I'd get my can of KROIL ( penetrant that creeps into very small gaps) and lubricate liberally for at least a day or two. Since the head is rounded, we need to know if cleaning up the corners and using a 6pt socket(or maybe grind down to a smaller metric one)--- whatever works best. Then get out that 4 foot pipe to put over your breaker bar and try it. I'd be surprised if you would need any heat at all.
