Harmonic balancer 87 Ford F-250

Other than blasting caps and pneumatic hammers is there any other tricks in getting that bolt off the balancer? Seems like it should give with enough torgue but perhaps it is a different thread orientation.
Any suggestions other than Cosmo's

I would try an Impact or maybe even a 3/4" drive Breaker Bar and possible Cheater pipe.
