Ware might the starter relay be located if there is one?Replaced the solenoid on fender, replaced starter, replaced small wire from fender solenoid to starter solenoid, had battery check, replaced wire from positive battery post to fender solenoid, thinking about replacing cable from positive post on battery to starter, however wasent sure if anything else tied into this cable. Truck wont start but once in awhile with a jump. Some time clicking sound from relay on fender sometimes not. Tried to cross the post on fender relay to turn starter over no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

The solenoid on the fender is the starter relay-Do you see small wires connected to the S and I terminal-If so Short out the battery cable coming from the battery to S terminal on the relay it should cause the starter to engine the engage.

Also do this remove the S terminal connector on the relay hold key at start position -check for power-do you have it?If not check the park and neutral switch and ignition switch
