351w Bock full of gas

Why would my Engine Block be full of gas?

I know you have a 351 windsor, but is it carb or injected? If you have problems starting the truck, too much gas is washing past the rings. The plugs would also get soaked.
Injector could be stuck as well, allowing gas to pour thru it.
