truck stops but the pedal randomly goes to floor

Have replaced brake shoes, rotors, master cyliinder and power booster. The truck stops but the pedal randomly goes to floor and makes a grinding sound from the dash. Is this a problem wiith ABS or wiith the pedal itself. Took to garage, found nothing

did this happen before the repair, or did this all occur afterwards/ if afterwards i would take it back in asap and have them fix it right.
