Engine Cooling problem
1999 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Engine is overheating but already replaced the radiator and took out the thermistat and the water punp isn't leaking and also if I take off the radaitor cap it doesn't overheat only with it on.?

It should have the t-stat replaced. Sometimes it allows the coolant to flow too fast and not have a chance to cool. However, what concerns me it the fact that it doesn't overheat with the cap on. Have you checked for a possible headgasket problem?
