squeaking noises from front wheel area

looking at buying this truck. when it is driven and hits a bump or it takes a turn at any speed, there is a squeaking noise coming from the front wheen area. when it is parked i can push down on the hood and make the same squeaking noise. The person selling the car says the bushings need replacing, another person tells me the ball joints need to be replaced. Which is right and how much will this cost me to fix?

Hello,

This type of noise can be due to a number of suspension components including the shocks.
Take a look at under the vehicle and to a thorough inspection. Look for excessive play on the ball joints. Check the control arm bushings.
