1998 Ford F-150 Idling

When sitting at light, still in drive, the engine seems to start vibrating. But as soon as I pull forward it stops. When I reach another stop light it starts to vibrate/shake again. What could be the problem?

Do the rpms stay steady or does it start bouncing erratically and seem like its going to die?

I believe the rpms stay steady. It gets bouncy but not to the point that it sounds like its going to die.

If that is the case it sounds to me like your motor mounts are worn, as the rpms would move if it was engine mechanical related.
