I have a F150 with a missfire in #2 cylinder so I check the spark changer the plug and the coil pack but still missfires it seems that the exhaust is backing up like the converter is blocked but once the truck warms up the exhaust is fine but the missfire is still threr

It isn't the exhaust otherwise it would get worse as it warmed up. Have you changed the spark plug or the plug wire? If not change the plug first and ohm check the plug wire. It could also be the fuel injector too.
