Help. My mother in law has the 94 F-150 in question. It starts very well when the engine is cool. But after you drive it a few miles and turn it off, it will not restart until it has time to cool down. I'm trying to help as much as possible, but I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, when it refuses to start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. You can pull sprak plug boot, use known good plug in the boot, lay metal part of plug against metal part of engine to ground. Have helper crank while you watch for spark a the tip of plug. The autostore sells a spark tester. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. My first thought was the tfi module, but, can't be sure.

I agree, you got to start somewhere, find out if your missing fuel or spark, to start.
